1. Package Bookings

Package cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline. Some tickets may be non-refundable, while others may incur cancellation fees. Refund timelines depend on the airline’s policy.

2. Hotel Reservations

Hotel booking cancellations are governed by the hotel’s individual cancellation rules. Some properties allow free cancellations within a specific time frame, while others may charge a penalty for late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Tour Packages & Services

For customized packages and services, cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation. Non-refundable components (such as attraction tickets, visa fees, or activities) cannot be refunded.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment. Please note that it may take 7–21 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. No-Show Policy

In case of a no-show (failure to check-in to a hotel, or avail a booked service), refunds are not applicable.

6. Force Majeure

In situations beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), cancellation and refund policies will be governed by the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.
