Refunds for cancelled packages will be processed according to the airline’s rules. Some tickets may be non-refundable, while others may be eligible for partial or full refunds after applicable cancellation fees.

2. Hotels

Hotel refunds depend on the individual property’s cancellation policy. Non-refundable bookings or cancellations made outside the allowed window may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Holiday Packages & Services

Refunds for packages and services will vary based on the components booked (packages, hotels, activities). Non-refundable services such as attraction tickets, visa fees, and processing charges cannot be refunded.

4. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 7–21 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• No-shows (failure to check-in to a hotel, or use a booked service)
• Non-refundable tickets or bookings clearly marked at the time of purchase
• Unutilized services once the trip has started
